Here you can read what data I handle about you, what I use it for, how long I keep it, and what your rights are.

Who handles your data

Teréki Karolina (NIE: Y1421199C; Av. Marquesado 53, planta 5, piso 19, Dénia, Spain; info@terekikarol.com).

What data, and why

  • Booking: your name, email, phone number, the participants’ names, the details the event needs and invoicing details. I need these to deliver the service and to invoice.
  • Traveller details: date of birth, arrival details and document number, only if the trip needs them. I store the document number encrypted.
  • Dietary needs: only with your separate consent, for the organisation.
  • Newsletter: your email, first name and chosen topics, based on your consent, with double confirmation.
  • Contact message: your name, email, phone number and message, so I can reply.
  • Review: the text, the name format you chose, the photo and your email, based on your consent to publish.
  • Gift voucher: the buyer’s and the recipient’s names and emails, and the message.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser identifier, to prove consents and to filter abuse.

Who works with your data

These providers handle data on my behalf:

  • Vercel: hosting and images
  • Neon: database, on servers in Frankfurt
  • Stripe: card payments
  • Resend: sending emails
  • MailerLite: newsletter
  • Billin: invoicing
  • Cloudflare: bot protection on forms

For US providers, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

  • Booking and invoicing data are kept for six years, as required by Spanish accounting and tax rules (Código de Comercio, Article 30; Ley General Tributaria).
  • Document numbers are deleted 14 days after the trip ends.
  • Date of birth, dietary needs and arrival details are deleted 60 days after the trip ends.
  • Contact messages are deleted after 90 days.
  • Your newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. You see your bookings on My bookings, and you can delete your account there too. When deleting, data required for invoices is kept.

You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD), and as a Hungarian guest also to the Hungarian authority (NAIH).
