Who the organiser is

Every trip and camp page states who the organiser is.

For package travel you receive the information sheet required by EU rules before you book.

What the price includes

The “What the price includes” section on the trip page lists what’s included. Optional activities can be chosen for an extra fee.

Payment

The price of a trip may consist of a registration fee, instalments and a final payment. The schedule is on the trip page and in your confirmation, and I remind you by email before each deadline.

Traveller details

I only ask for details the trip really needs, such as date of birth, arrival details or dietary needs. I only ask for a document number if I book the flight.

You can add missing details on My bookings until the deadline shown on the trip page.

Cancellation

The registration fee is non-refundable. How much is refunded and when before departure is on the trip page and in your confirmation. You can request a cancellation on My bookings or from the link in your email.

Before and during the trip

Before departure I email you the meeting point, the packing list and what to know; you’ll also find them on My bookings. During the trip you can reach me on the phone number given there.
