Who I am

The service is provided by me: Teréki Karolina, self-employed in Spain (NIE: Y1421199C; address: Av. Marquesado 53, planta 5, piso 19, Dénia, Spain).

How the contract is made

On the event page you choose what to book, enter your details, accept these terms and pay by card. The contract is made when the payment succeeds. I confirm it by email with your booking reference.

I hold your place for 30 minutes while you pay. If the payment doesn’t go through in that time, the place is released.

Prices and payment

Prices are final prices. Mandatory fees are shown when you choose, optional extras separately.

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. I never see your card details.

For instalments, the schedule is on the event page and in your confirmation. I remind you by email before each instalment is due, and you can pay it on My bookings or from the link in the email.

I issue an invoice for every payment.

If you cancel

You can send a cancellation or change request on My bookings or from the link in your confirmation email. I reply by email.

The registration fee is non-refundable. Other payments are refunded according to the cancellation rules on the event page and in your confirmation, to the card you paid with.

Right of withdrawal

For leisure services tied to a specific date (event tickets, workshops, camps, trips) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The last step of the booking says so too.

If I cancel or change the event

If the date, place or another essential detail changes, I let you know by email.

Gift vouchers

A voucher can be used for 12 months from purchase, for any booking, even across several bookings. Any remaining balance can be used until it expires.

Taking part and health

Everyone takes part in Zumba® classes and events according to their own health and at their own risk. If you’re unsure, ask your doctor before you come.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos are taken at events, and some may go on the website. I only publish pictures where the participant has agreed, or where they are part of the crowd rather than the subject.

If you don’t want to appear, tell me on the day or write to me, and I’ll take the picture down.
